How to make a user as an admin in ESSL K90 PRO BIOMETRIC time attendance machine

Dear Sir, I have a problem. An employ recently joined and I wanted to add him. But unable to do so, as menu is not displaying a lock symbol with 'please verify' as prompt. What can be the reason and how to enter the new employee in this machine. Please help.

Means admin Manager locked the device,you can either show admin card or finger or password to login the device, if you don't know that then follow the process yo remove admin first then add the employee kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHjXdKejYtykfM0si=nmWRuMW5tN5d3_WZ

Sir ager hamara office timing 9.30 ka hain or hum office 20-15 minutes late ho jate hain ...or machine ka missuse krke date fix krke time set krke punching krte hain to kya uski details kisiko pata chalta hain

Yes ,data will be deleted if you change the time of the machine

Galti se administrator normal usre hogya hai ab khul nhi Raha hia kya kare batao
