at this point 6:00 if you couldnt see what you had to do just click on the Y axis and then itll just go on the other side but also with the little pen thing he used just click on the mirror pen thing idk then click the head and it should be on the other side looking good Edit: Remove the X axis as y and x will just look like you have 4 ears

If it doesnt work for you when you are sculpting the face make sure you click the v arrow and click apply on the face model so you can actually select the middle and more not just the corners.

Guys go to edit then go to preferences then go to viewport and then go down and press subdivision and turn off gpu subdivision only if when u subdivide it dissapears edit:only use if it is invisible when u subdivide
