Great video! But I have different question. Why do some YT shorts get views and then some get 0, and are not even pushed into the algorithm and shown in shorts feed? I noticed if you delete and re-upload the short, views on all shorts stop completely. I don't know what's happening.

That's a tricky question to answer without seeing a specific example. I could be the keyword optimisation. Do you add a detailed description, title and tags to your Shorts? This can really help to push them

I don't add tags or important keywords to my shorts so youtube is confused on what the video is and pushes it to a larger audience (if they even test it) Got 1.7k views with this technique, can't argue

I find it very useful as it helps me to get the right structure and flow before I film. Some people just use an outline, but I would always recommend having a plan of some kind

You need to think about who your target audience is - which language do they speak? Most people will only watch videos in 1 or 2 languages at best
