I've watched a 1000 woodworking videos and I can't remember seeing one that filled me with such awe. Your talent is just amazing! Thanks so much! Now I am looking forward to watching your other videos.

Paul, you are very generous to share your techniques. When I see this shape I’m reminded of the kids that stitch together soccer balls for just a few dollars a day. Thanks 👍

This is so cool! I’m taking carpentry in a tech school, and a friend wants me to make them a soccer ball with a picture frame in one of the hexagons. Sounds like a fun project, but I’m not sure if I have the patience to do it, and I don’t have some of the equipment that you used, in my shop.

Fabulous job. I’d love to try this sometime but I’m not sure I’d have the patience to get the joints as nice looking as you did. I did a 3-d platter and that was difficult even though each piece was cut the same (in theory).
