Project Ok ..I used 2 SE100250GTS .Under load 280 Watt -24 volt for 1 hour.Thej made it. .The temperature on the radiator with the fan is 55 degrees.Great transistors..Power supply -server 24 Volt - 62 ampere

Thanks for your feedback I really appreciate it, yes you can get 12v 60A if your input is not more than 18V and use bigger heat sink and thermal paste

HOLA DESDE COLOMBIA Profe gracias por sus vedeos lo sigo y he visto varios videos de reguladores suyos me animo hacer uno y sales con algo mejor 😊 cual me recomiendas tu! de los que has hecho nesecito regular una fuente que hice es de 24v dc y 15 amperios cual de los reguladores seria el indicado que puedas recomendar me de los que has hecho que no me limité el amperaje en la salida, puedes compartirme el link para realizarlo MUCHAS GRACIAS
