You can add a drop of dish soap to the oil based scents. It will break the bonds between the oil molecules and will allow the oil and the water to form an evenly blended emulsion.

the salt enhances smell and helps stop mould. Also no don't put it in the fridge. It will take a week to get the smell out and it will seep into your food. Trust me, i know :P

Any glass jar will work. Just make sure you clean it out well. With the vegemite jar you may want to give it a soak in soapy water to help remove the smell :)

I had a go and encountered some problems. 1. I sat the gelatine on top of the hot water, however it didn't soften so much as turn into a dense glue ball that wouldn't dissolve. So I binned it and slowly sprinkled and stirred in the gelatine. 2. My oil based-fragrance floated to the top and didn't mix at all. Not even the recommended hour or so later. 3. My colour (liquid candle dye) would not stir thru, it also rose to the top. Back to the drawing board.

Oil Fragrance/ Essential Oil will flow on top if your Water is not hot enough :(((. Use " Flavor Food Scent " is best!

Of course they work, i wouldn't make a video on it if it didn't :) I have given them away as gifts and they loved them. (With a lid of course) And yes the mouth wash work, it removes bad breath but as i said its not an antiseptic mouthwash :)

Not enough Gelatin! In Cars... It gets hot! You need extra Gelatin.
