How to make akassa/ ogi/akamu/pap

Ingredients
1lbs ogi powder ( 450g de farie de ogi)
6 cups of water ( 6 tasses d'eau)
Preparation
Add 6 cups of water in a pan on a medium heat.
Mix the powder with water until it give a liquid mixture
Let the water boil, When it does, add the mixture to the water slowly.
Stir while you are adding. Add everything and stir well.
stir and beat for about 10 min. When the mixture get smooth,
Add a tiny amount in a small bowl of cold water and leave it. Touche it 1 minute later, if it's not stuck to your finger then the ogi is ready and fully cooked.
Serve and it with your favorite stew. In this case it's the moyossi.
Mettez 6 tasse features sur le feu. Pendant que ca chauffer, melangez la fatine d'akassa avec de l'eau pour obtenir un liquid.
Des que l'eau bouilli, ajoutez le melange a l'eau en remuant lentement
Mettez tout le melange dans l'eau. Melangez et battez jusqu'a obtenir une bonne pate. Laissez au feu oendant 10 minutes environ
Pour etre sur que c'est bien cuit, mettez une petite portion de l'akassa dans un bol d'eau froide et laissez.
1-2 minutes plus tard touchez.
Si ca ne colle pas a vos doigts ca veut dire que c'est bien cuit et pret a etre manger.
Servez a votre gout avec l'accompagnement de votre choix et dégustez.
