Credit where credit’s due.... it certainly LOOKED like he knew what he was doing! 😉 However, with the magic of editing & being able to remove any small ‘uncertainty pauses’, there’s a CHANCE he could have been following some instructions (either on Video or written). I kinda suspect he does actually know how to do all this stuff though! ☺️ Especially when you consider his very professional, Architect-style drawings at the start 😍

If it makes you feel better, grey is a trend that has been going out of style since 2017 with designers, so it should disappear in a few years once the consumer market catches up. This year, the "it" color is navy and last year it was dark forest green, so it looks like trends are going in a more moody direction for this decade.

My sister is studying to become and Architectural Technician so she would be in charge of taking blueprints and making a 3D virtual model of a building, then placing it in a software that let's the people it's intended for walk through it.
