Credit where credit’s due.... it certainly LOOKED like he knew what he was doing! 😉 However, with the magic of editing & being able to remove any small ‘uncertainty pauses’, there’s a CHANCE he could have been following some instructions (either on Video or written). My sister is studying to become and Architectural Technician so she would be in charge of taking blueprints and making a 3D virtual model of a building, then placing it in a software that let's the people it's intended for walk through it.
