Well done. I'm a new Zealander 🥝🇳🇿 who has worked in kitchens and I was very impressed with the attention to detail in the preparation of these lamingtons. Good preparation, good kitchen work. The use of butter cream is a interesting twist and I was surprised they didn't also make raspberry lamingtons at the same time as the chocolate ones which most kiwi bakery's also do. The use of fruit is a excellent touch. Very well done and a excellent presentation of a new Zealand favourite
