Learn How to make Ambali with Amma.

Ambali Recipe
50gm any Positive Millet ( Soaked and Dried)
500ml Structured Water ( Using Copper Strip)
Bring the water to boil in a have bottom pan. Once it comes to a boil add the soaked and dried Millet Grains. Allow it to come to a boil. Once it boils, half cover and reduce the flame and cook for another 5 mins. After 5 mins stir Once and then allow it too cook further for another 10-15 minutes till a Porridge consistency is reached.
Switch off flame and allow to cool.
Once cooled transfer to an earthen pot, cover with a thin cloth like muslin and allow to ferment overnight.
In the morning, thin it down with Buttermilk and add any tadka ( cooled down tadka) you like, add seasoning like salt and pepper and consume at room temperature.
Ambali is pre and Probiotic fermented Porridge. Excellent for gut health.
Never heat the Ambali. Never refrigerate the ambali. Never add anything very hot to the ambali.
Per person use 25gm Millet. Ambali is best consumed for breakfast but for severe illnesses have it for all three meals.
