How to Make an Apple Pie for Pi Day

Today I'll show you how to make the best apple pie you'll ever try! Here's the recipe-
A double recipe of my pie crust recipe
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled), plus more for rolling dough
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
4 pounds (8 to 10) apples, such as Empire, Granny Smith, Gala, Cortland, Winesap, or a mix
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
