Pumpkin Pie Crust 1 stick butter melted 1 Tbs oil 1 Tbs sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/3 c. flour Mix and Drop clumps of dough into greased pie dish. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Pie Filling 15 oz plain pumpkin purée 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice Pour filling into cooled crust and Bake at 350 on a pre heated baking sheet for 50-70 minutes.

On my condensed version I list 1/4 tsp salt, I do have family members that need lower salt intake sounds try to cut back where I can. Measure for what you need health wise.

For any of you who are wondering if it's this easy to make it, actually is I made it last year for my family's thanksgiving and it was taken of the plate so quickly. They all said it was delicious. @Isabella Garcia yes I did use nutmeg but I didn’t use the ground cloves. Instead I used this pumpkin pie spice that should be found in the spice section and I think that really added to the taste. If you’re willing to go out and buy it that’s good but if not you can try with the cinnamon. Either way I think it’s gonna come out good. Good luck!

I have watched this video pretty much every time I want to make pumpkin pie and it turns out great. I have even done this crust recipe for a sweet potato pie. For anyone wanting an even healthier or gluten free version, I’ve used sugar substitute monkfruit erythritol, evaporated milk(which is sugar free), and almond flour instead of white flour. It tasted just as delicious but the flour does turn out a little wet. But we didn’t mind that so much. It was still pretty well put together.

I made it and the only thing I changed was my own pumpkin spice mix (1tsp). I think my pie dish was slightly bigger than yours so my crust didn’t come all the way up like yours so I would tell others to be mindful of their pie dish sizes, probably adding more flour can help. Other than that, It’s perfect!! I highly recommend this recipe!

FINALLY!!! An easy and delicious NO ROLL pie crust! My first time making a crust and was very pleasantly surprised how good it is. It's very buttery so I now make using a little less less butter. Also prefer a less sweet dessert and use 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk which still comes out great.
