How to Make an Internal 90 Bend in Electrical Trunking using an Angle Grinder

The how to guide to manufacture an internal 90 degree trunking bend, step by step clearly showing how to make to a set measurement. This method uses an angle grinder although an hacksaw would be also as good (the method I normally use to demonstrate to students in a class safer). Looks as good or better than a bought one. Lid not shown but out of all lid to make, this again is the easiest.

Brilliant video mate. Been watching a lot of your videos. Any chance you could one day do a video making bends using the the trunking factor from the onside guide? I watched a video of Mike (Residual Current) doing it, but didn't really understand it. Can't seem to find it any more...

Can I ask please what if wall is not square. How do you measure the angle and cut please?

Hi thanks for watching please share with like minded people. You could for ease cut down centre line and bend trunking on wall mark where the trunking overlaps, this will be the cut position. Hope that helps.
