Dont trust a skinny cook I agree. Just a tip on your next omlet. Beat the egg first, turn the heat down on your pan you want the heat on low. After you add the eggs to the pan start pulling the edge on the eggs to the middle working around the pan. After it starts to set stop moving the eggs and add your topping to one side. This will make if easier to fold. Your doing great keep up the good work.
