I made this for my daughter and she loved it. I'm not a banana fan so I made a few with jackfruit for myself. Thanks for the recipe. Every time I crave Cambodian food, I always go through your mom's video list to decide what to make.

OMG, I'm so happy I came across your video! I'm Cambodian but I have mixed children and I've wanted to expose them to more Cambodian cuisines. I can't cook to save my life so they only get to experience that when we go to an actual Cambodian restaurant, which are very few around here. So I'm excited to follow some of these recipes and videos and hopefully get to show off to my friends and family when we have a gathering and I'm coming with an authentic Cambodian cuisine that I made instead of the Big Macs and chicken nuggets that they are used to me bringing. Thanks for the help!

How long do u stir fry the filling and is it over low or medium heat? By the way my kids like eating these and I always wanted to learn how to make it. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
@MomsCambodianRecipes10 жыл бұрын
Medium to hi heat. Not long at all. Just until the rice soaks up most or all of the coconut milk. About 3-5 minutes.
