For this pizza you have given almost 8 hour rest in cold place

@@NEHAPEELU so you have use instant yeast ( wet yeast ) use that with sugar add luke warm water make mixture Then add flour used cold water and this sugar and yeast mixture salt ,mix it well then make a dough cut in to sizes and rest for 15 minute in warm place

Because of two steps, 1, needing the dough for 10 minutes minimum. 2,The chef skipped the dough fermentation process (keep the dough for two hours or till the dough doubles, then make balls and let it rest for 30 minutes (again double in size) i hope the will help

Make your dough and cut in to pcs then you place that dough atleast for 8 hour after that when you want to make pizza then rest your dough warm place it's help to improve your dought or use high gluten flour
