How to make banana bread/របៀបធ្វើនំបុង័ចេក
Hello everyone, welcome to Lin's cooking recipes! In this video, I will be sharing with you how to make a very delicious banana bread at home. This recipe is very easy to make and it turned out super delicious! Hope everyone enjoy the recipe during this Holiday season and have a wonderful Holiday! Merry Christmas everyone!🎄🎄🎄
Here all the ingredients you will need:
- 4 overripe bananas
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of sugar (if you prefer more sweet
flavor, you can add more sugar as you prefer)
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of melted unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 2 whole eggs (white and yolk)
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all purpose flour = 280g
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder (use a strainer to sift the flour and the baking powder)
