Ingredients
220g banana
235g brown sugar
220g bread flour
7g baking soda
A pinch of salt
120g milk
120g vegetable oil
3 medium-sized eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven: Set the oven to 170 degrees Celsius or 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare bananas: Chop the bananas and mix them with brown sugar in a bowl.
Combine dry ingredients: Once the banana mixture is liquefied, sift flour, baking soda, and salt into the bowl.
Add wet ingredients: Add milk, vegetable oil, and eggs to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Don't forget to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Bake: Pour the mixture into a baking mold and bake in the preheated oven for 70-75 minutes.
Cool and slice: After cooling down, unmold the cake and slice it.
Temper chocolate: Temper dark chocolate to 31 degrees Celsius. Dip the sliced banana bread into the chocolate.
Set and serve: Let the chocolate set on baking paper and then it's ready to serve!
