I bet those taste good! You'll get a cleaner fold if you fold at the halfway point of the diamond, instead of three-fourths of the way like you are. For example, in the video fold at 7:36 instead of 7:38. Looks really delicious, plus it's simple, too, with most of the ingredients always at hand. Thanks for a nice dessert idea.
