I saw a VennDiagram in a presentation recently and it made me so sad 😭. The presenter drew a freeform shape over the center of the Venn on the slide, because they wanted to highlight the center relationship. It looked sloppy. There is a better way! In PowerPoint, insert your circles onto your slide (however many you need for your diagram), position them to form your Venn Diagram, select all of the circles by holding down SHIFT, go to the Shape Format tab, click on Merge Shapes, and select FRAGMENT. This breaks all of the overlapping pieces of your Venn into individual shapes. Now you can highlight individual sections of your Venn Diagram in your presentation with ease! 👌✨🔵. It's a more elegant solution and more flexible too! 👨💻
