Hello Risper, GRAM FLOUR: is one of the Pulse flours, also known as Chickpea flour, is made from Ground Chickpeas which contains more protein. Where by in Swahili is known as "Unga wa Dengu". Traditionally used in Indian, Middle Eastern and Carribean cuisines as a Staple ingredient in the batter for Bhajias e.t.c, because it's naturally Gluten-free as well as to create a crisp and flavoursome batter for the bhajis more than other flours.

Lady risper gram flour is made from chickpea also called Bengal gram.To get the flour the chickpea is grounded.It originated in India and is used in making of their dishes because it's gluten free.In Kenya it's referred to as unga dengu.
