How to make bowl from coconut shell / coconut shell bowl and spoon / close to nature / diyideas /diy

Ever thought something like a waste coconut shell could be made into something magnificent.In this video, you will see how to make a beautiful and useful bowl made from coconut shell ! The materials required are
1. One coconut / coconut shell
2. Axa blade
3. Sandpaper( use sand paper above 100 grids)
4. Super glue ( any strong hold glue... Fevi quik, Araldite, epixy, m seel... Anything...)
note: DO NOT USE CHEMICAL containing products like varnish, polishing cream. etc.. even if u use these things, do not apply it at the inner surface... only apply it on the outter surface for better looking...
I have used usual coconut oil.... u can use food graded mineral oil for polishing.... oil will make it look natural and attractive...

The Glue which you hv used to join the Spoon, is coming in contact with the Food. Right ?? What about that Glue. I guess it is not good for health...

Exactly brother ....i have used just a small drop of glue so that ..the pieces doesn't seperate ...after that i had joint them with a small piece to interlock them...... And the glue isn't water proof too..soo... I wash once it's fixed ..... Bt in video I didn't add that interlocking thing... Just to make the video simple .....so sorry for that

We can do both ...but For better results let it dry and then apply oil

No... It will b washed off..... If u need glossy look for long period.... Better go for polish or varnish..... Bt only polish the outer surface....

@@theunderratedcreations2270 the saw that you used. I'm too scared to use it. I actually use the back of a hammer and some how happen to split it down to the middle everytime, then I use my husband's electric sander.

Oohh ok...i used saw just to make a perfect cut.... Instead of cutting if i would have broken it...then It will b difficult to make the top evenly shaped ..... So I used axablade 😊
