I LOVE the scientific explanation! This helped me understand it so much better!
@damemelusine48797 жыл бұрын
Yey! I am glad you liked it :) So you are a published scientist turned pro mermaid! Wow! Duuuuuuuude, you should totally make a youtube series on the science of mermaiding. Rania already worked with Dalhousie U on the biomechanics of merbellas mermaid tails, but there is plenty to vulgarise on biomechanics, materials....

It was great! After watching this, it finally "clicked", and now I've got them down! And, that's definitely something to consider! My background is mainly in Experimental Psychology and Biochemistry, but I spent some time working in other fields. I'm sure I've got something I can contribute to the TUBE haha!

There may be some validity however Ill take maintain opinion until I look into it further. Good video , thanks and we would like more! Added to FeedBurner as effectivelyonce more} to watch rather more, thanks for that info.

Can you make a video on how to swim deeper in the water with a tail without weights or anything? Breath hold with less air isnt an option for me because its too much since i cant hold my breath for more than like 30/40 seconds withot having to breath ONLY when im just standing. But when i try to swim in my tail (dont have a monofin yet but getting one soon) i just end up having to come ip for air more quickly since “my muscles and body needs oxygen so i run out quicker”. But ‘mermaid melissa’ when she swims, she cAn hold her breath for 6 or so minutes while swimming??

How old do u have to be to be a professional mermaid
@aquamermaidschool7 жыл бұрын
One way to define a professional mermaid is to get paid to for your mermaid work. We recommend a minimum of 16 years old to start working as a professional mermaid. Before you can practice and volunteer for mermaid events.
@sashastewart70677 жыл бұрын
AquaMermaid what if you were younger, could you be professional for very young audiences, but practice acting more?

Serenya Wang the reason why it won’t work for you is because you need to be in a bigger body of water like your pool would be nice but make sure you do it in at least 4 feet or up
