Thank you so much for this beautiful method for commercial buns. Please do we keep the dough for a while to rise because of the yeast, or we just fry straight away after cutting into desired sizes ma'am.🙏

Good afternoon ma. Thank you for taking time to teach. I recently came across this video. I have tried it 3 times and it keeps coming out same way. What can i do to correct ma? First! No matter how much i knead it remains sticky. Secondly! The buns ends up looking more like puff puff. Where am i getting it wrong ma? Thank you 🙏

It's sticky because there is too much water. Sometimes it might also be as a result of too much butter.
