Excellent ! Not tried making spreadable butter....thanks :) Butter is also the richest available food source of the short-chain fatty acid butyrate, which aids gut health. Butyrate has been shown to help improve GI function, reduce gut inflammation, and improve intestinal motility. Some research indicates that butyrate may also help protect against colon cancer. We really need to be going back to our culinary roots.....all the best 👍

So refreshing Ana to see someone handling food without their hair dangling over it, and dirty, painted nails….you’re a pleasure to watch!

Game changer!🎉 so easy with a bit of time and a defo add on to the home made bread! Ive made it in a jam jar shaken for children its that simple but now its for food not for fun. I've switched to doorstep milk delivery and can now simply order cream the night before🤯 😂🤗❤️ simplifying life doesn't mean going without at any stage. (Now to work on cheaper olive oil from trees😂😂😂❤).

I actually made butter this morning! I had cream that went off so whipped it up and tastes the same! From 500ml of cream (not double) i got 7oz (200g) of butter and 225ml of buttermilk which i then used to make irish brown bread for my husband 😊 if cream was cheaper than butter i would most certainly be making it all the time but I'm going to a neighbour this week to buy milk from him and looking forward to seeing how much cream I'll get. I want to make cream cheese and cottage cheese 😊

It's the cost implication but using buttercream in bread is the perfect double partnership

Thank you 😊 for many is not just cost but knowing that your home made butter doesn’t have any unwanted additives

Exciting. I only made butter once from whizzing cream too long in my little food processor with the creamer attachment.

Ana, was that the same cream that you made ? I'm a tad confused over single / double cream 😞 Thank you, these videos are so helpful
@AnasFoodLifestyle4 күн бұрын
No, when I poured it in my processor , 200ml wasn’t enough for whisk to touch the cream, so me Daniel had it with mince pies 😊

Add the olive oil to the cream, then churn it. Might be easier?
@AnasFoodLifestyle5 күн бұрын
Never tried that way. The only thing is not knowing the final butter amount from cream to add oil proportion but certainly worth a try 😊

Hi anna, enjoying your channel. Are you worried about the chemicals in clingfilm and other plastics?
@AnasFoodLifestyle5 күн бұрын
I’m not worried too much, not enough to stop using cling all together, saying that I do make my purchases with that in mind

How long does the spread last in the fridge, in your experience?
@AnasFoodLifestyle4 күн бұрын
If rinsed properly should be like any other, saying that I haven’t had any left after 2 weeks
