I used 16oz parfait cup. I can’t call it a liter cause is not up to 1 liter. Apart from this 16oz you can as well buy 12oz as well in the market. For the shelf life of a cake Parfait, it depends on how long your cake can last before deteriorating. But once there is constant source of electricity to the fridge, consume within 1 -4days . Moreover it doesn’t literally need to stay too long in your fridge cause is dessert. Just prepare as much you can sell out faster 🥰Wishing you success in your new business 🥰🥰 Thanks for watching

Electric hand mixer will be better . But if you don’t have it at the moment you can TRY out doing it manually but then remember it will require a lot of energy for you to achieve it. Electric hand mixer makes it easier
