* Ingredients List *
Filling:
- 1/2 Minced onion
- 5 Minced Garlic cloves
- 1 lb. of ground beef
-1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 diced carrot
- 1/2 tsp of white pepper, African nutmeg, pepper flakes (optional)
- 50 ml of water
- salt and black pepper to taste
Pie Crust:
- 500g of flour
- 7g of salt
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 225g of butter
- 145 ml of cold water
