Ёмкость батареи 92W (3.7V×25000mAh) Если светадиоды потребляют 50W то теоритический заряд батареи должен хватить на 2-4 час (с учётом падений мощьности при разряжений акб) + при мощьности 50W ток на тоненьких провадах должен быть 12A :). В вашем случий фонарь работает 40 часов то за час светадиоды потребляют 2.5W (92W емкость батареи делим на 40 часов)

Nice build! You should get long life out of that.. One suggestion, only because I don't know how close the heat sink is to the batteries. Kapton tape tape instead of the reinforced packaging tape.

I appreciate your hard work. However, the heat sink will transfer heat from the led to the battery pack. Don't you think it is risky. You can reduce the battery capacity and install a mini fan in the box. I believe, that will surely help to manage the thermals. Or else, change the design in such a way that the heat sink will directly reject heat to the atmosphere not on the batteries. Think about it.

It is risky totally wrong way of putting the heat sink there is no proper way the discipation of heat these leds prouduce large amount of heat and they can burn up the whole thing if they are put on for longer duration ....

Nice light but there is no way you are running that 50w led board off of 3.7v. It takes from 20v to 39v to power 🤔

The pack is in a 5P1S configuration. The 5 cells are in parallel so no need to balance.
