You’re welcome! Sliced kiwi don’t last longer than a few hours before they start breaking down since there’s no skin barrier between the fruit and candy; freezing can help them to last a little longer. However, dipping the whole kiwi with skin on can last a few days to a week.

Yes you definitely can but it can be removed before dipping. However, it may cause the kiwi to break down even faster.

It could be a number of reasons. Did you cook it to the correct temp?

@@DessertatTiffanys yes to 300 and then I add color. And stir. . The first one is good and then it hardens very quick.
