A lot of fragrance oils have a percentage of essential oil in the blend and I think it's important that you pointed out that not all essential oils can be used in Candles, off the top of my head I can remember that Peppermint & Citronella amongst others, when heated can release particles in the air that are toxic to your small animal friends. Supper helpful! I'm trying to make healthy aromatherapy candles and definitely finding I may need to find a more "Infused with essential oils" solution. I do see that some fragrance oils are infused with essential oils. so much research! haha
