They are absolutely one of my favorites because of the right amount of tangy with a little bit of sweet, and crisp. I could say the same for Jazz, Cripps, Honeycrisp they are among my favorite go to eating apples. Golden and red delicious not so much. Their texture is gritty like old watermelon or old tomatoes yuck. I love a good texture crunchy crisp bite to my sour sweet apples. Granny smiths are okay but often very bitter which is probably why they're best with candy dip caramel dip, peanut butter dip, or baking.

I have a question. First, that looks just like the vanilla ice cream with cotton candy dip that I had last week. Does that taste like anything in particular? Cotton candy is spun sugar, so part of my question is, does it taste like cotton candy? Second part, if you drizzle this on ice cream, would it harden a bit fairly quickly? If not the correct porportions for ice cream, what would you suggest? You certainly did a wonderful job with the apples. You explained everything so people could follow and have a result similar to yours. Excellent!
