I think she used a lot of eggs because she is baking it.. I’d recommend using 1 egg in your pastry and 1 in the mixture, it works perfectly. So after you’ve mixed the egg into the milk PUT IT BACK on the stove and mix till thick. Then you don’t need 12 eggs 🌻

I made this and the dough is less than the mixture, what do you do with the left over mixture, I don't like wasting food...i thought 12 eggs sounded too much Very disappointed with this recipe as it turned out dry and I followed the recipe to the t... I'm a seasoned baker so very unhappy, don't waste your timetimers waste 12eggs!
