Cake flour 80g
Corn Oil 20g
Sugar 40g
Salt 1g
Sugar 60g
Water 15ml
Whipping cream 75ml
Butter 10g
Whipping Cream 700ml
Sugar 70g
▼Steps
1. Beat the eggs first, add 100 ml of milk to the bowl, sift in the flour, and then add the remaining milk
2. Add oil, sugar and salt, stir well and refrigerate for 1 hour
3. In a pan, add batter, fry each sheet for about 2-3 minutes, let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. Add sugar and water to the pot, cook until caramel color, add cream and butter, set aside
5. After adding the sugar to the cream, spread the cream between each crepe, and finally spread the caramel sauce on the top of the cake
