how to make case study in class 12 psychology I Psychology case study

Mam.. I am a psychology student (BA 4th sem Gauhati University) Mam i have one question regarding case study. When we conduct a case study method to our subject on that time is the principle of confidential should maintain or not... Because as you say in case study we should write the subject's information. If we write all the demographic information about our subject then it will break the principle of confidential. Mam plzz clear my doubt.
