Until I start seeing videos of regular bases with successful purges, I'm not going to get excited about this new update. Right now, it seems that you have to practically invite the purge in and let it destroy most of your base in order for the new purge system to work.

I really hope that this is a beta version and the developers are working on a more advanced purge. This is a great concept but at the moment it isn't ready.

Yesss, i think so as you're writing: (20:11) "...it was a difficult purge. it took a lot of work, but we got to the end... Could use possibly do a build using gas,spikes and explosive traps… just curious on how effective they could be with the right building set up

Problem is u have to use spears thrall ai wont use combos huge dps lose, saw a test where it took two brute fight godbreaker spears took 5+mins maces did less than a minute

Got to the end?? LOL.. by using God cheats.. your build would have failed had you not done this. No bueno. Looks good, but otherwise worthless. Gives them far to easy access. You can build a 'maze' of corridors and doors~ (Key DOORS, not GATES) with a surrounding balcony of archers with good bows, and take them out.

Two Gates: AI starts purge but they destroy one gate and can't figure out how to destroy the second!?!?!? No Gates: AI can't figure out how to purge!?!?!? I haven't seen any other content creators testing the new purge mechanic as thoroughly as you. And sadly, the number of views for your content doesn't equal the number of players. I think this means there are far to many people that aren't even aware there are problems. And that means there are going to be a lot of confused and angry people when chapter two releases.
