Add hot water to wash the fish. Immediately you add hot water to the fish, the slippery part on the skin will turn white and sticky. You can now remove all the whitish stuff of the fish and rinse fish thoroughly before cooking

You can make the soup first, prepare meat separately, prepare the fish seperately,seperate the soup n put fish in one n meat in the other... it's a quick food so no much stress

The secret of unripe plantain cooking quickly is don't add any ingredient meaning don't add even salt so it can get soft quick. Once it is soft you can add the salt
