Where i can get resolume for free?

This only works if the screens all use their own areas on the output. If you share part of the output in several screens it does not work at all. this is just dumb. There's ways to do a chaser inside resolume instead of making a video simulating the chaser. Its like searching how to fade 2 videos together in resolume, and you open premiere and do a fade in both videos and export the video. Its just dumb.

if you are sharing areas of screen in the output map, there is something wrong with the configurations of the screen.
