✤ Tortilla Roll
-15cm tortilla, 8 sheets
- 200g Mexican cheese (4 blended cheese)
- 45g chopped onion
- Boiled chicken breast + 5tbsp tomato sauce
✤ When you boil chicken breast
- 247g chicken breast (2small pieces)
- 45g onion (1/4 pieces)
- 45g Green onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 0.5tbsp whole pepper
- 400ml water
✤ Tomato Sauce
- 4tbsp cooking oil
- 2tbsp plain flour (any type)
- 400ml tomato puree
- 140ml water
- 1tbsp chicken stock
- 2tbsp chilli powder
- 1tbsp minced garlic
- 1tsp oregano
- 1tsp cumin
- A little pepper powder
- A little salt (adjust to taste)

-Sour cream (optional)

- In the video, only 4 rolled up, but it is a material that can make a total of 8.
- I used a mixture of 4 cheeses: monterey jack cheese, cheddar cheese, asadero cheese, and queso quesadilla cheese.
