Ingredients:
-Chicken (Boneless) 400g
-Elbow Macaroni 250
-Gajar ( Carrot ) Diced Shape 2 Cups
-Shimla Mirch ( Capsicum ) Diced Shape 1 Cup
-Band Gobhi ( Cabbage ) Diced Shape 2 Cups
-Lehsan (Garlic Chopped) 1 Tbsp
-Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1.5 Tbsp
-Hot Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp
-Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
-Tomato Ketchup 1 Cup
-Safed Mirch (White Pepper) 1 Tbsp
-Namak (Salt) As Per Taste
-Oil 3 Tbsp
-Pani (Water) As Required
Directions:
-Add Water in the Pan, Cover & Bring It to Boil.
-Add Salt, Oil & Elbow Macaroni in the hot Water.
-Cover & Cook Until 90% Done.
-Strain & Set Aside.
-Add Oil in the Wok.
-Add Chopped Garlic & Sauté for 2 minutes.
-Add Boneless Chicken and Cook until color change.
-Add Diced Carrot, Diced Capsicum & Diced Cabbage Leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add White Pepper, Salt, Oyster Sauce, Vinegar, Hot Chili Sauce & Soya Sauce.
-Mix it Well & Cook for 2 minutes.
-Add Boiled Macaroni & Tomato Ketchup.
-Mix well & Cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Chicken Macaroni Is Ready To Serve.
