How to make Chinchin for Business/ Consumption+Packaging+Pricing(Detailed Process)

Guys you need to try out this recipe..It's giving giving trust me🤣😋.So here are the recipes for lesser quantities of flour
🎉 Recipe For 500g of flour
1)Butter-100g
2)Sugar-100g
3)Eggs- 1 small egg
4)Milk- Half cup(liquid or powder)
5) Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
6)Nutmeg-1/2 teaspoon (optional)
7)Salt- 1/8 teaspoon
8)Flavors-1/2 teaspoon (vanilla,milk,etc)
9)1/2 cup of water (you can add more, little by little,if needed)
🎉 Recipe for 1kg of flour
1)Butter-200g
2)Sugar-200g
3)Eggs-2 small eggs/1 big
4)Milk- One cup
5) Baking powder-1 teaspoon
6) Nutmeg-1 teaspoon
7)Salt-1/4 teaspoon
8) Flavors- 1 teaspoon
9)One and half cups of water(you can add more, little by little,if needed)
*Vegetable oil-1 litre or less
*Always fry at low to medium heat.

A food preservative called Sodium Benzoate...You can ask for it from where you get your supplies from dear (It has a large container from where they repack retail sizes,i mean at confectionery stores)

I made this last year... About the labels/business sticker, I went to my graphics designer who also owns a printing press to get it done...so it was designed according to what I wanted,you can get yours done too as you want.. Comes by 25,100 pieces or more depending on how many you want.

I got mine from my Confectionery Supplies vendor....She sells everything.So anyone that Sells the raw materials for cakes/pastries or the likes should have it or at least help direct you to where you can get them....It's readily available in all sizes,in local shops like that, though I'm not sure of supermarkets..

Yes it does....if you cover and allow to rise.... You add baking powder to yours right?cos that's what makes it rise

What's it for?Are you asking for the flour? Anyways depends on the quantity you want to go round.. Like if it's for a snacks or as small chops in round table events or for picnics,the amount will differ... And also the packaging you want to use... 2kg will give you 30 cups,(from what I did) So,let's say,2persons/cup,that will be 2kg serving 60 persons.. So 6kg of flour for 200 persons... But you have to do it in batches..of 3kg per mix,so you can work with your dough.. Remember all depends on the quantity you want to serve one person...

I have tried every method there is but yeet my chinchin refuse to be crunchy nor hard it always come out like half chinchin and half fishroll not too hard and not too soft but never crunchy. Please what can i do could it be the flour or is there something i am not doing right. Thanks

Flour hardens the dough,and butter makes it soft,in addition to egg,milk,baking powder and also over kneading your dough...so it could be the amount of butter majorly that you use.. The minimum ratio of butter to flour should be (1:5)...eg 100g butter:500g flour.. So send me an email of the recipe you use ,so we can adjust it or even more you can try out my own recipe , starting with the 500g and know if you'd prefer that..

I explained everything about how to make/ calculate your profit in any business you are doing in one of my videos dear.I don't know if you've checked it out,just in case you need more clarifications..So I make over 2k(#2000) from this,you can gain more if you remove some items or get your ingredients at a cheaper rate,and also depending on your markup By the way, more gain is in the bigger packs (like using containers) I must tell you😊😂 and less stress of packaging.
