After I took the choco chips out of the fridge it started melting again. It's about 12 hours since they are in the fridge, when I take them out and start removing them in under a minute they start melting again. Plz tell why is this happening?

The chocolate chips available in the market usually have some kind of stabilizers which prevent them from melting too quickly as opposed to chocolate compound or tempered chocolate. Hence even though she gave a nice recipe its just chocolate. It needs additional stabilizers to retain its shape for longer period of time.

I tried the choco chips making today.....but the choco didn’t turned like choco chips....,.Means when I kept the chocolate chips into refrigerator in 20 minutes they’re done but when I remove the chocolate chips from the refrigerator in just two minutes the chocolate chips were melting like melted chocolate not happy with this Recipe Priyanka however I followed your many cakes and recipes and they turned out really well but this chocolate chips won’t turned out really well so not satisfied with this recipe at all🙏🙏

maybe you live somewhere a little too hot! Try to put them in the *freezer* for 5 minutes instead of the refrigerator like she said cuz them they harden and store them in a jar for in the fridge it works ❤️
