It looks really good, too good to be eaten actually. This is so much work for such a small dessert, it really shows your dedication and pleasure towards baking and making chocolate desserts. I think if you eat something like this, you really have to apprechiate every second of it and every little feeling you get in your mouth, because rather than a dessert, this is an experience.

わたしは特にお菓子作りはしませんが カカオさんの動画をみはじめて､５、６年が経とうとしています。 外国のスイーツ屋さん(?)の製造動画だったりもたまに見ますが いつも倍速で見ていて 今日はその流れのままカカオさんの動画を見たら 倍速だと早すぎるなと思い通常再生に戻しました。 カカオさんの動画はちょうどいいカットで手際よく進んでいくので気持ちよく見れていたことを５､６年越しに発見しました笑笑

I made these recently. The only issue to mine, was that I made the puffs a little bit bigger by mistake so the final result did not come out as tall as the one in the video. Great recipe, amazing custard cream, highly recommended, keep up the great work!!
