Great video and amazing work. What is the mixture you apply before gluing?

It doesn't appear that Andrea is going to be answering your question. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I believe she was thinning out her wood glue and applying it to the wood to seal the pores that the wood glue would adhere better. Some woods absorb the glue so well that the joint strength suffers. Sealing the pores fixes this issue.

What is that jig used? Also how do you shape it to the final shape?

The size looks like a Japanese style chopstick......also is that mineral oil only for the finish. Thanks for the video
