Every time when I try to use Ps and try to edit a picture and click on any of the options left. My Ps crashes and it comes a crash with the text “Could not complete your request because of a program problem” btw it’s a cr@cked 2023 ps. Could anyone help please?

I converted it to smart object so you can’t change it but you can delete the layer and then make a text with help of the tut
