I had to cut down all of our coconuts today. A squirrel was wreaking havoc on them. But it was perfect timing because they they were the right age to harvest the hard meat for making flour and cream.

It's a simple process that involves putting the coconut meat from the coconuts into a blender adding some hot water that'll help expel some of the fats. Blend until you get a good just a smooth slop of coconut liquid
Then use a strainer and press it down get the milk and this is the same type of coconut cream coconut milk you see canned at the store.
Take the leftover coconut meat that we expelled the milk out of
put it all in the dehydrator. After a few hours when and it's good and dry, put it in a blender and blend it into flour. Done. You now have coconut flour and coconut cream!
