The silica packets that come in bags, shoes, etc., often have tiny pellets that can be used instead of the grits. It's a good way to recycle. Sand can also work.

Thank you so much for your comment! I love them!!! I think I was just using what I had. I have used sand...love it. The purpose of my videos is to be able to use what you have if you cant afford anything. I've been there; without a dollar and had to create to keep my sanity. after I lost my daughter, it became mandatory therapy. I'm gonna try silica. Is it dangerous if you crush it?
