When selling collectables your virtual family doesn’t have to walk all the way to the computer to sell the items. As soon as they pick it up you can move them anywhere you want them to go and the item will still sell. This doesn’t work when finding new collectables tho! If you move them before the reach the shelf you will lose the item

When a sim picks up a collective to sell, instead of watching them walk all the way to the office, when you pick the collectible, just pick the Sim again and they'll sell the collectible without going to the office. I'm impatient so I don't like watching them walk all the way to the office. Lol

You have to have the certificate from the flea market. it pops up once in awhile and it's around 1500 coins

Hey my little girl has this game and really likes it a lot. So I went and bought her a $4.99 "Minor windfall" of 30,000 coin break. I purchased it and they took the money off my debt card however the bank on her game remained the same. Do you know if we are supposed to do something else to receive the coins? Is it shower leaking? Or clogged or burst pipe? If it's leaking or clogged, in my experience, you can use the tool box, if it's burst pipe you need to call someone. You could watch an ad or sell some furniture if you needed to
