I already do that. I think they come, because they are saying to follow us, your on the right path. A path we cant see. I like to walk around with no particular place or reason to go, with my mind clear. When I am done, I am empty of problems. For a while I have no problems. Thats why they are called spirit guides. OMG!! The arch angels, god, Jesus, Buddha, the ascended masters in general, all only loving light energy are what will be around in a positive state. I found you just need to believe in spirits and if you have the gift it will find you. That's what happened to me, first I saw as a dense mist, then smell of perfume, cold air and orbs and now I can feel there presence by touching my head face and ears. I can fell there presence at anytime (touching head and face) and alot without even asking, It was weird at first but I feel blessed and very lucky.

I struggle with that. I'm not exactly in a place where I feel like I can do these things, but I also am a 'True Aquarius'. I feel like Spock or Sheldon Cooper living completely in a logical realm but I am also FULL OF LOVE especially for animals and most of all my little guy Otis, I have no children but him and I'm about to turn 52 February 15th. I'm poor as I can remember ever being, also in the means of family that loves me.. So, Otis means EVERYTHING TO ME and several months ago when I was trying to survive on the streets of Downtown Cincinnati 'Flying a SIGN' for money and food, mostly money to get the drug I needed to not only make it bearable, but also to help me deal with the pain that I suffer from because of my truly messed up spine. Some days my legs felt as if they were in a vice that was tightened just below the point of being crushed. One day I was tricked into letting this guy take him to the Starbucks for water, though Otis already had water I said yes when he asked me if he could take Otis to get water and he asked if I wanted a coffee... After the man left to go there, I was distracted by aquantenses, 5 people exactly when the female of a couple asked "Where's Otis?" It struck me to realize that Otis and the guy was gone for more than enough time to return with Otis that is also my ESA, Emotional Support Animal. We've been together since October 2012 and he has separation anxiety disorder and I do too. Currently I'm in a nursing rehab facility called Florence Park Care Center in Kentucky where I am pretty heavily medicated, it's tough to get much of anything done. Otis is microchipped and I have a strong feeling that he is intentionally not being taken to a veterinarian, at least one that will do what is lawful and right... I have him listed on lost my doggie.com and I paid them for all of thier services and had listed the minimum reward for $100, and now it's back to the basic free listing and can't even get any premium services because of this facility taking all of my SSID but $30 and I found out last night that I have become overdrawn somehow... I wish for an address for where I can find my little boy Otis... Many people have offered me money for me to let them have Otis, once a $1,000. I told them all I'd rather be poor on the street and have him, than to be wealthy without him... Is there a clairvoyant or a psychic that can give me an address? I'm begging for help with this, I have a GoFundMe and a donation of any amount will do a lot to help us be reunited. My name is Timothy Smallwood. When I was 13/14 I had sleep paralysis, I also suffered from terrible anxiety...when it came to paranormal things..evil people etc. and it went on for while until one night I was terrified because of how vulnerable and frozen I was I really felt like anything could have attacked me at that moment and I did not want to leave my body and I desperately asked someone to help me not that I expected anything or anyone to I was just really scared. it might have been my spirit guide or some good spirit because she was this extremely bright white light had a gentle face and she reached her long bright arm to touch me, as soon as she did I got up instantly in the middle of the night and felt rejuvenated and refreshed my eyes were moisturized I don’t know how to explain it but I never felt that good...(I also had an eating disorder at the time and always felt like shit) at the time my cat was licking himself on the bed the same spot where that angel touched me. I didn’t know whether or not if what I saw was an angel and no one believed me when I told them what I experienced, when I get sleep paralysis to this day I know how to make it go away since I still do get them often. I want to feel and see her again..28 now, I really need some light in my life.

I tried this and I felt the most intense warm presence supporting my body. I felt like the whole room was lifting me and bringing a sense of how much light I hold myself. I have been in a low state of mind for a couple of years now and they gave me clarity on how much I am capable of. I didn’t see anything but the energy was so strong it made me want to vomit. A good example of bringing in the love to work with, that I learned at a spiritual class one day was- To imagine you are only very young and up in your mothers arms, feeling so loved, so protected, so safe. Then change your perspective to the vision that its you cuddling yourself with these same three feelings. You will feel the emotional love big time physically in your heart, suddenly a huge emotion will overtake you and you will never forget how to bring that on… This is what opening your heart and sharing true love and understanding to others is. A strong manefesting power of the heart that you can send wherever or to whoever needs this love and healing.

Wanted to say, I have a good amount of experience, but when I first tried this, it was so intense. I was lifted into a room filled with golden light, and surrounded by beings of light, radiating an intense love that was almost overwhelming. And I knew them. They reassured me I was just where I needed to be at the time in my journey. This gave me a strong focus of gratitude on my present situation. thank you for this. I did this meditation by following your voice. I didn't see any lights like the others on here, so I asked the guides to send signs or signals and help guide me. I then asked a question and the response I would like, I wanted to know if I was on the right path. And I asked the guides to send me a sign within the hour. i did the meditation twice, when she was explaining and then when she was actually doing it. i lit a candle for my sacred space and the first time i did it i started feeling fear because i saw a white figure and it was scaring me (it reminded me of the white titan from AOT) and i panicked and opened my eyes and i noticed that the candle was out. and then the second time i saw a german shepherd :)

I know you said to not have any expectations, but recently, I’ve been having really good dreams, and really deep sleeps, even though a week ago, I was restless. Melanie - you just re-aligned my spine! interestingly, the first time you talked through the steps, I was following just for fun and found perfect success( in the sense that I felt the love of Spirit and Guides in certain areas of my body and around ), and then when the real test came I was trying too hard, which translates into being stuck in my head. And yet, my body must have still followed your words because the healing-alignment continued through the lotus flower and beyond. Thank you!!

I’ve been listening to meditations that helps me to connect to my spirit guides, and I remember laying there, clearing my mind,and just relaxing my body😤,I felt like my body was floating away,but I kept gettin excited😂,and came close to opening my eyes or becoming 100% conscious again,but after a while I drifted off,and then I felt like I was slowly waking up,but all I could see,is a bright light,all around me,I couldn’t see anything else really but I couldn’t really feel my body there was just light everywhere,I’ll keep trying 🥰💛 ..

I used a guided meditation and I tried to focus on the questions I had for my spirit guide, which was what is your name and are you my spirit guide. So I got completely relaxed. And I came to a point where I was aware that I was awake but I also went somewhere. I trusted my mind to go where I needed to. And I was in this desert and there was a bus stop in the middle off nowhere and a bench. There was no one at the bench. I was across the street from this bus stop when a bus came and a figure very similar to the grim reaper walked to the bus doors. On a regular day I would have been afraid to approach him but I had warned myself before that fear would get me nowhere. And guys. Why did I basically attack him🤦 i ran up to him, grabbed him by his collar and screamed " are you my spirit guide!!" And he said "yes" he was a skeleton but you could tell that his expression was like I'm nuts. And then I yelled "what's your name!!" And he told me his name was exzra. And I was like okay and I kind of just left lol. I haven't been able to really speak with him sense. There's been a couple of times where I have been close but....yea lol he may be avoiding me😂😂

You said it can happen subtly. Last night I prayed to my guardian angels for the first time. I saw what looked to be thousands of pin points of light that felt like spirits of some kind. I said to myself wow this really works!!! I can't believe it! Tonight I will focus on that experience when I pray again and hopefully more will be shown to me. @12:42pm & I am like 330. I had a weird thing falling asleep scared me awake. I don't know if it was a demond trying to posses me. It was weird not scary, but it changed quickly. I was paralyzed and aware and was like jesus Jesus and woke myself up. I don't know if it was out of movies etc watching, but why after weeks again this, but diff weird scary. Yeah it was not clear. I was scared of seeing clearly or going deep in it. If it was possitive it should have been an angel etc not this way or feel like that. Idk. Anointed dream it would feel good and different if prophetic. I need an epiphibay that will stay not leave it or die or let it like b4. My power again.
