How to make Cook Islands Banana Poke

Different people use different methods but ours turned out yummy
ingredients .
Bannana really ripe are best,
Arrowroot starch(tapioca)
Coconut milk ,
Sugar.
measure ratio: 2 :1
2 cups banana : 1 cup starch
sugar and coconut mix to prefered sweetness
