Glad to help! It is a bit on the thick side because of the foam I used. When I make more I'll definitely use a different foam thickness!

+Innominate Kraken What thickness did you use? :) The best e-shop I found in Czechia sells only 3, 5 or 10 millimetrs thick. :/ Sometimes I wish I'd live in another country. :D

these are 10mm thick so if you were going for a thinner one, definitely do less.

Do you have any experience with wood weapons? I want to make a Jester Cosplay from Darkest Dungeon but it is my first cosplay...

I haven't made any myself, but I've had a friend make one for me because they had wood cutting tools. Looking at the Jester's weapons, I'd say it's a matter of cutting out the main shape and then rounding out the edges with…I think a wood router. For the dagger it'd probably be better to round out the blade with sand paper instead. Then find some long and short wooden ring pieces that can fit over the handle area and for the other details of the handle. For the knob at the end of each, find a round wooden ball and cut some of that end off to glue to a cylinder wooden piece. Then stick that in the rounded wooden handle. I think that's how you can go about it. And then just use a drill to carve out the skill eyes and nose. Hope that helps!
